Three decades protecting DFW homes · No bloated general contractor markups · Engineer-grade execution. Roofs and driveways built to maximize your budget and engineered to last through anything Texas throws at them.
We install asphalt shingles only — and we install a lot of them. Here is how the three grades compare so you can match the roof to how long you plan to stay in the home.
The big storm-chasing companies price in commissions, call centers and subcontractor markups. We don't have any of those. Our own crews are fast because they've done it a thousand times — and a job that finishes in one day costs less than one that drags on for a week.
Nobody adds a markup between you and the people on your roof. That difference stays in your pocket.
Fewer days on site means lower labor cost — and your family back to normal by dinner.
A technical expert prices your job, so you pay for materials and labor, not a closer’s bonus.
We know DFW clay soil and hail codes. Doing it right once is always the cheapest option.
Don't wait for the next hail season. Approvals in minutes, no prepayment penalties, and a short payoff so you're not carrying debt for years. Insurance-claim projects welcome.
A qualified expert documents your roof or site and builds a real engineering and construction breakdown. Credited to your invoice if you move forward.
Pick colors and materials at your kitchen table. Pre-qualify for financing in minutes if you need it.
Our crew protects your landscaping, installs, and cleans up with magnetic sweeps. Most roofs finish in one day.
You inspect with the owner. We register your warranty and stay one call away.
More than thirty years ago, my father picked up his first bundle of shingles as a hired hand. He didn't come from money or a business plan — he came from the belief that if you're going to be on top of somebody's house, you owe that family your best work. He learned the trade the hard way: in the heat, in the rain, one roof at a time.
Years later he had his own crew, working up and down the East Coast. Different states, different codes, different weather — but the same standard on every job. And more times than we'd like to count, the work we were called in to do was fixing what somebody else had left behind: high nails, reused flashing, a patio poured on a base that was never compacted. Homeowners who had already paid once, paying again.
That's the reason DFW Roofstone exists, and the reason we're a family company and not a sales operation. The same hands that learned this trade are the hands on your roof and in your concrete. We show up when we say we will, we explain what we find, and we finish what we start.
Three decades in, the promise hasn't changed: we build it right the first time, so nobody has to come back and fix it. That's what my father taught us — and it's what we put our family name on.

Roof replacement, storm repair, and concrete driveways across the Metroplex — same crews, same warranty, every city.
Most asphalt shingle roofs run $9,000–$18,000 depending on size, pitch and shingle grade; Class 4 impact-rated shingles add roughly 10–20% and often lower your insurance premium. We give exact, itemized quotes after the $175 technical site visit, credited to your project.
Most residential roofs are completed in one day. A driveway takes 2–3 days to form and pour, then 7 days of curing before you drive on it.
Concrete can crack even when it is installed correctly. In DFW, expansive clay soil moves as the weather swings from heavy rain to drought, and concrete also shrinks slightly as it cures. We reduce that risk through proper grading, compaction, base preparation, reinforcement, control joints and curing — but because concrete is rigid and the soil below it moves, small cracks can be a normal part of concrete ownership. Wider cracks, settling, lifting, separation and drainage-related movement are different, and we evaluate those individually.
Because a real evaluation takes a qualified expert, not a commissioned salesperson. For $175 you get a technical site visit and a full engineering and construction breakdown of your project. If you move forward with us, that $175 is credited dollar-for-dollar toward your final invoice.
Yes. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on-site, and make sure nothing is missed on the scope. You only pay your deductible.
A written 10-year workmanship warranty on every roof, plus manufacturer material warranties up to 50 years. Concrete work carries a 5-year structural warranty.
$175 for a full technical evaluation — credited to your project. Storm damage? We'll be there within 24–48 hours.
